How a job runs

Survey first. Then steel, pipe and panels on the plot.

  1. 01

    Survey the plant

    Walk occupancy, fuel load, water, utilities and the authority having jurisdiction — before anyone draws a pipe or a rafter.

  2. 02

    Design & engineering

    Layouts, hydraulics, steel, BOQ and data sheets aligned to NBC / NFPA / TAC / IS / ASME, coordinated with the PMC.

  3. 03

    Supply & fabricate

    Pumps, detection, tanks, PEB steel, pipe spools and process equipment from approved makes — plus in-house fabrication and welding at Kheda Works.

  4. 04

    Install, test, commission

    Site erection, hydro-tests, flow tests, loop checks, NDT where specified, and a handover pack the fire officer can use.

  5. 05

    NOC support & AMC

    Fire NOC and PESO paperwork where required, and an annual maintenance contract so the system still works in year four.
